Just wondering if there are any fascia blasters on this site? |

Yep! Its the only gadget ever which has given me fast and amazing results! I generally don't believe in miracle products because, lets face it, they usually don't delivery but the speed with which I've seen results with the FB have really stunned me. I was so skeptical at first as I find the whole thing and its claims to look incredibly scammy but I seem to be a super responder! I still don't understand the full mechanism behind its workings but it does work for me and I'm a dedicated user now.
I'm lucky in that I go really hard on my belly and get no bruising there at all. Very notable results though. I got some bruising on my outer thighs though, saying that a lot less than I've seen on some users online so I feel very lucky as I take fish oil and this tends to make me an easy bruiser. I find its always painful the first time I do an area and can always tell from the gravelly feel when an area is fascia bound. It only takes me one or two really good goes on an area and then it ceases to be really uncomfortable and I can go for it with a fair bit more vigour.
Saying all this, apart from on the belly, I am taking it fairly slowly every where else as I think it works so well there is no need to blast myself into a black and blue state. I don't have a lot to correct on my body as I work out hard and eat right but you come to a point where there are a couple of stubborn bits and pieces you want to get perfect and struggle with even with gym and exercise. FB was the answer for me. I LOVE LOVE LOVE it!! |

For the sake of science I should add: my SO uses it too and he ended up getting a deep, sore lump in his belly after a very hard FB session which we strongly suspect is a haematoma. It seems to be resolving now but, of course, we shall keep an eye on it and be careful with his future use. Just throwing that out there! |

I started FB in May and being a former fitness competitor I have well developed muscles that didn't get enough stretching so my hamstrings that used to deadlift 400+ pounds are very tight. So many months later and actually the nugget is the one that I use to really dig out "re-bar" in my hamstrings and they are finally becoming smooth. It's amazing, so simple and I wish I had this tool when I was competing. |
