My sister is a vitamin freak and she gave me the Dr Murad Youth Builder supplement as a gift. I've been taking them for about six months now.
It's really hard for me to know the actual effects they've had on my facial skin, because I've radically changed my skin care regimen during that time. My skin is looking fantastic these days, but I'm virtually certain that it has more to do with other factors than the Murad supplements...
I will say this though: I usually go crazy during the winters. I get itchy. I suspect its from a combination of using central heating, but also the fact that when my skin isn't constantly exposed (cause I love being bare-legged when its warm enough. In fact, I love being as bare EVERYTHING as is legal...), I'm not quite as diligent about exfoliating and moisturizing my body...
However, this winter I haven't had any problems at all! My bf asked me just the other day if I was using a new body oil or something. My sis says its the Murad. I'm not sure, but I'll keep taking them.
If you decide to try them, I gotta warn you though.... HOLD YOUR NOSE when you open the bottle. Peeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee yewwwwwwwwwwwwwww! |

I've always wanted to try them too. Never got around to it though. I take so many other vitamins & supplements, I just can't imagine taking any more!

I use the acne formula (can't remember if that is the actual name or not) I really like them and my skin is much better when I am using them. I will have to agree with the smell though, not so pleasant. |

Hi
I've tried their Youth Builder supplements too. I still don't know whether it works!! I took Perfectil after that and I noticed my hair was growing faster. I don't know whether that's attributed to Murad or Perfectil. |

I used to have their supplement for acne, but unfortunately it didn't work for me. I took two bottles and didn't notice any difference. And they are not cheap in the UK either. So i was a bit disappointed. Decided not to try other supplements from Murad. |
