Hello all.
I used to lurk for ages, then posted a wee bit, went back to lurking, and then kind of fell off the forum almost 5 years ago.
I'm wondering if some peeps from the "old days" are still here? I would love to know if they are!
Mabsy was so kind and helpful regarding ingredients and skincare regimes. Is she still moderating (I hope!) or at least posting?
Carekate made homemade skincare and got really popular - so popular that she was really backlogged and I was never able to connect with her before she kind of disappeared from the site. Is anyone still in touch with her and is she still making great stuff?
Guapagirl, AnnieR, TigerTime, Skincare Addict, BCgirl and Loopy Lori are names of posters I remember reading a lot of back in the mid 2000s. Are any of you still around? If so, hello again.
It looks like forum is still going strong and I'm so grateful it's still here. I've paid some attention to ingredients and new products over the years - wow has social media really led to a deluge of information and product info! - but I'm looking forward to catching up on things I've missed.
Please say hi if you were hanging out here over 10 years ago! |

Welcome back! AnnieR is still around!
I don't participate as much due to the troll posters trying to boost their post numbers these days, sort of ruin it for me.
Not many of us here anymore but I like to check in from time to time.
Good to see you here! |

I'm still here from time to time as well! I think I joined in 2004 when I first got melasma and was looking for advice. I remember those names and got such great info from all of them! I posted only occasionally but loved everyone on the forum. I agree with Annie that it's sometimes tough to wade through the troll posters, but still enjoy reading the valuable info here.

I know!
For me it is a place to contribute and learn.
I miss back in the the day when PSF and other companies gave away free products to try as well!
I discovered so many great products and skin care gadgets here I never would have found otherwise.
What a great place. |

Old timer here and went away for a bit too. I was never that active but remembered all those posters you mentioned. I really appreciate their posts and contributions. |
