I absolutely Love Mariah Carey! I love the way she looks and sings. I love her fashion and make-up and she has such great skin. I am really excited about her new album coming out April 12! Anyone else? Image

I was (am?) a huge fan, when I first heard her Vison of Love I couldn't believe the voice. She was so fresh and full of energy then, I knew every word from her first three albums...but then she dumped her hubby/producer, put on weight (although she still looks great), started wearing very skimpy clothing, had her boobs done...but what about her music? She whispered through her last few albums (I still bought them by the way). I want the old Mariah back, pretty please!!! She's connected with so many great memories in my life that I'll stay sentimental and buy her new album!

London's Royal Lancaster Hotel played host to a bevy of pop divas on Wednesday night. Chart-toppers like Geri Halliwell, Natalie Imbruglia and Girls Aloud were among the big names sashaying up the red carpet for the annual Capital FM Awards.

It was American chanteuse Mariah Carey that made the biggest entrance, however. The glamorous singer, who will celebrate her 35th birthday on Sunday, showed up over an hour and a half late to pick up a gong for her outstanding contribution to music.

The reason for her delay, it seems, was a broken fingernail Laughing . Despite having brought a team of stylists along for her UK trip, the Glitter star was unable to locate a nail specialist to repair the damage. "I almost didn't get here today," she told the other A-list guests. "Thank you for the love. Keep it going, darlings - I love you."

I can't remember which TV programme it was, but I was watching something the other day and they were interviewing Mariah. She had her pet dog with her and the interviewer asked if it was ok for them to film her dog. Mariah agreed to this but asked if they could give her and the dog a couple of minutes first. She then proceeded to put eye make-up on her dog! She used eyeliner to draw dark circles round the dog's eyes. That's not normal.

I think the girl has delusions of grandeur!

Poor dog is all I can say!!

I saw her on Saturday Night Takeaway with Ant and Dec and I thought she looked awful.

Sorry not a fan.
