Hello. 
First time poster here.
I am asking if anyone is sure if you should drybrush before exercise?
I do a plank for 3-4 minutes,so i,m wondering if it is better to do the plank first or drybrush-plank then shower?

| Well as its "dry" brushing, the clue being in the name, its fine to do it anytime as long as you aren't sweating. So if you can do the plank without sweating then doing it after is fine. Likewise if you sweat a lot, doing it before is better. |

I think dry brushing before any exercising is better.
The skin even though it may not be sweating is still affected by planking.
