After receiving some very useful advice re: Yonka products I have decided to go ahead and order. However, when I tried to check out I realised I'd forgotten my password. I entered my email address ao that my password could be emailed to me but my email address is not being recognised. Does anyone have any advice as to how I can get round this to place my order? I haven't changed my email address so I can't understand why this is happening.

Rachael - you're not by any chance using your EDS forum account to check out are you? Just checking because the two accounts are actually different. If you have already set up a checkout account and you have forgotten the email address or password then you'll need to contact EDS directly. HTH |
