| I am quite curious. Is it normal for me to feel this? The toner makes my face feel a little bit tight and itchy. |

| A toner is meant to restore the natural acidic balance of the skin. It should not feel itchy after a toner. You could be allergic or it could be drying out your skin. What kind are you using? |

| I would stop using it and try a gentle natural toner, such as rose water. Even a natural toner like witch hazel can irritate dry skin. |
