This weightloss pill was recommended by Cindi in the 'apple cider vinegar' thread and I'm all set to get me some (I've been already unhappy with my weight, but lately due to overwhelming stress, have put on even more weight and also haven't had time to work out anymore) Anyway, before I purchase a bottle, was just wondering if these worked for anyone else.
At this point I'm pretty desperate. thanks. |

All I've tried with cider vinegar is Ultra KLB6 from Holland and Barrett its always on offer for a few pounds.
Best results i've had for weight loss: no sugar no bread, no alcohol, no crisps. Stick to your basics veg, fruit, white meats, fish, salad, soya, nuts, seeds, oh and carob powder is great for a sweet tooth.
Unfortunatly you won't lose weight from pills alone.
For destressing a good full body massage at the end of the week always does the week

Stephie the apple cider and the thermoslimmer were two different pills. I lost weight with the thermoslimmer, as they suppress your appetite. I also lost two stone following weight watchers successfully. You have to be positive and very committed. Good luck. |

Cindi, thanks for the additional info. just two more questions, if you don't mind:
Did you take the supplementary Nightslimmer with the Thermoslimmer?
Are you still taking Thermoslimmer?
Thanks. |

Hi Stephie, I didnt take the nighttime thermoslimmer cause I couldnt afford them and Im not taking them now. My partner was taking them andthey made him feel "odd" but I didnt experience that. We both lost weight but you really have to be committed to the cause. Ive tried since and I just cant cope without chocolate so have failed every time, but when I used the Thermoslimmer I was more positive. I lost weight doing both Atkins and Weight Watchers but again have tried since and failed. I thinkyou can get Thermoslimmer in trial size packs, so you can try for 3 or 5 days without committing yourself. Do some thorough research first. |
