Hello skin care enthusiasts!
We've all known that sugar is not good for us but guess what, excess sugar results in protein cross-linking that is making our skin and body older and stiffer sooner than necessary.
After doing the research for this article, I decided to amp up my anti-oxidant diet and nutraceuticals and further combat free radicals to prevent or even reverse skin glycation and Advanced Glycation End (AGE) products.
Last week I published this article: "Sugar... So Good So Bad - Glucose, Aging and Skin Glycation".

Take good care of yourselves! XO HGG |
