My nails are horrible. Always have been. Time to get on some program. Any suggestions, internal or external? |

I would suggest keeping a product on your nails plus moisturizing your cuticles.
EDS has several.

The Nailitiques line has a nail oil. If you have an oil that you use for hair and or skin; you can use that also.
I also like Barielle nail cream. This has worked wonders for me. EDS also sells the line.
I always have cuticle balm, cream around. I am an oil fan for hair/skin so I will use that also. My cuticles are extremely dry and moisturizing really helps. |

I like 2 for strengthening nails: Duri Rejuvacote and Perfect Formula. The former is cheapest on Amazon; the latter, on QVC. |

I sort of resigned to having horrible nails...
Since I am on a diet, I started taking multivitamins and my nails have improved immensely! Much stronger, don't break easily and don't split.
I am taking these:

I did previously take standard Centum but that did nothing for my nails and this one does, so I must have had a deficiency in something that is present in this and not present in the other... |

Maggie my derm recommended these to me some years ago, and I was previously taking some differnet multivits but never saw anything and have to say like you, these were amazing.
My vit D levels are aso low and so I have to take these regularly alongside but just wanted to share - my derm said these were one of the best supplements for women and I have been with him for over 40 years (God please do not let that man ever retire!).

Brilliant, I will recommend them to more people now, I thought it must be something specific to me, but now I know they were great for you too will mention them more often!
Take care!
