Was wondering if you guys could advice me on what to do. I've got them all over my bum and they look so disgusting. I thought they only plagued women.
Thanks:( |

These lovely imperfections are not limited to women - just associated with us, because of stretch marks resulting from pregnancies. Stretch marks may happen due to rapid weight gain and/or growth spurts during puberty.
There are a few different products that I can recommend: Dermatix, Decleor Tone Elastil Creme, or Cellex-C Body Lotion. These will help FADE stretch marks, as well as helping prevent future marks. You may also want to consider treating these with microdermabrasion. This service may be offered at a spa near you! |

Roc seem to be pushing their cellulite cream containing retinol. The idea being that it will help 'thicken' the skin so the fatty cells won't show through so much.
Anyone got any comments on this or even tried it out? |

I think that cellulite is mostly hereditary. You can reduce its appearance by drinking more water and eating heaps of fruit and vegetables. A fake tan applied to the area will disguise both cellulite and stretch marks.
Not sure about cellulite creams. I tried a L'Oreal one and it didn't do much. Apparently products wih caffiene are supposed to help when applied to the area- i have heard of people massaging coffee granules into it! For stretch marks, I love cocoa butter (I seem to be saying this a lot, sorry but I love it), or others I think have had good results with bio-oil type products I think.
Hope this helps a bit

For cellulite do body brushing.
I use a brush with sisal bristles, quite hardcore.
Circular movements on thighs and bum will help break up cellulite.
I am currently trying Bio Oil for stretch marks, just doing a small area for a few months to see if it works cos it could work out expensive trying to do everywhere with the stuff several times a day. |
