I am 37 and started to have pronounced nasolabial folds and lately marionette lines seem to appear so I am considering to start facial exercices.
Found some interesting videos called Facerobics from Peta on YouTube, but would like to know if anyone is using that program and how effective it is.

Just to say Peta has been on the forum, and is very dedicated. It seems to be a subscription package you purchase, and her exercise videos are on youtube but I suspect to really get the most of her program you would subscribe. I like her approach and whilst I personally don't use her program - I think her knowledge seems very comprehensive about them and she is very open to feedback and guiding people form what I can tell.
However there is also a Face Aerobics by Judith Olivia which is two dvds and/or vhs. It was done some time ago (I'm guessing back in the 80's from the makeup etc). Her website used to advocate her exercises alongside a skin care regime - but it seems down at the moment. But her video was one of the first I purchased way back and I used to do her exercises regularly. As with anything if you are doing them, that's the key as a lot of times if they are too complicated then I find I tend not to do them. |
