I was literally scared of pimples and acne before. Even freckle and spots on my face really irritated me a lot. But private health helped us a lot. Skin care gels with soaps and creams are of high quality and their effects are quick. Genuine results really forced me to suggest the same to many of my friends suffering from skin issues. |

A lot of people swear by high frequency for acne etc and it seems to work a treat. My boys when they were in their teen years, I purchased a D'A unit and they were skeptical but they both gave it a go and it worked wonders for them. They ended up doing it once a week when their homrones were up and down but it seemed to be working really well and when their hormones became more stable they didn't need to use the unit any longer |

Blue light treats acne, not really scars. I believe red light and microneedling are for scars.
Not certain how effective red light is, I wasn't impressed, requires commitment and a lot of time. |

blue light treatments destroy acne-causing bacteria within the skin. Applied in eight treatments over a four week period, most patients see a dramatic decrease in the number and severity of acne blemishes and lesions; some report significant improvements after only two or three sessions. |

Blue light will not correct acne scars, and probably red light won't either. Red light doesn't help with pigmentation issues, and won't spot-fill box scars. A laser might! |

I agree with you too, maggie. Blue/ purple is designed to curb the bacteria responsible for acne.
If you'd like to try LED for rejuvenation (eg increase celluloar turnover), you have to switch to red/ orange colour.

Led lights aren't going to give you any real results - scars need filling in. I suggest PRP treatments or fillers. If you're on a budget I'm a firm believer in tca peels - not instant success, but multiple over time can really diminish. You can do yourself but be sure to fully do your homework on how to do properly & percentages so you do not damage yourself (not something to be taken lightly) |
