Hi guys
was just wondering if you could make a face mask by crushing vitamin A tablets, because at the pharmacy somehow they never have vitamin A in capsules with gel inside, so that it would be easier to use as an oil and since I can't order it online well I was wondering if I could just buy those vitamin A tablets and try to do something with it. |

Vitamin A should not be in a tablet but in a soft gel.
Vitamin A oil (Retinyl palmitate) is an oil. Simply cut open the soft-gel capsules and release the oil, then mix in to your mask.
You cannot overuse it because Retinyl palmitate is not bio-available to your skin readily. It requires two enzyme conversion in your skin so you needn't worry about over-dosing.
By the way, you can buy retinyl palmitate from skin care suppliers if you want to avoid the filler oils (eg olive oil, safflower oil) that's in the ingestible capsules. |

3-4% is better, or a little less than this. If the skin is damaged, it is very difficult to repair, so when using anything, we should start with the minimum dose to prevent skin maladjustment. |
