Hello!
Sounds good =) I made an oil-based serum, with fat-soluble vitamins;
about 20 drops Retinol Palmitate,
1 ml d-a-tocopherol
2ml blueberry seed oil cold pressed organic
20 ml hemp seed oil, cold pressed organic
20 ml Borago seed oil
40 ml sesame seed oil
and Carthamus tinctorius Seed Oil to 100 ml
worked very well that winter! Let me know how it works out for you !! |

Great recipe,thank you!
However, using essential oils on the skin is not necessarily the greatest idea. Not only because they are irritants,but some cause photosensitivity of the skin ( think lavender)never a good thing.
I think it’s very irresponsible from some companies to claim their essential oils are safe for direct skin application. |

I've been making some after shower for myself. I like the ethyl liquor superior to the isopropyl. It has a superior smell. I do around 2 sections liquor, one section witch hazel with just a couple of drops of glycerin. At that point oil to taste. My post-shaving astringents wind up like the Maggard facial cleansers where the parts separate among utilizations and one must shake them energetically preceding use. Most dependable fragrance mix so far has been sweet orange, patchouli and rosemary. |

Hi, what are you treating / trying to achieve with the serum?
What skin type/ conditions and concerns are relevant to you?
