Hello.. Just wondering what age is a good age to start using Vitamin C serums? I read somewhere that you should start at 30. Are there any known side effects from using it? Thanks in advance |

I'm 25 and use it...it's a great preventative!!
Only side effect I've had is slight drying, but that's good since i'm normally oily!! |

I'm 34 and only started using one full-time last year. But I wish I had started using it 10 years ago! |

I read that anytime in your 20s is okay!! The earlier the better, really! |

I started when I was around 25 I think. Had I known about it earlier I would have started earlier though.... |

my skin is dry and sensitive... since serums make your skin dry will normal creams be okay to offset the dryness? any suggestions on which serums to use then? Thanks |

koyie - in your case I would stay away from the regular formulations by Cellex-C and Skinceuticals and go for Vivier or CellularSkinCareRX instead. If your skin is really sensitive though then you'd need to start with a very low concentration (I think Vivier has one for sensitive skin specifically). |

Hi Mabsy,
I'm thinking of getting the Vivier serum.. is EDS the best place to get it in terms of price? Thanks |

Hi Koyie! EDS has **great** Vivier prices -- There's a medical spa in my neighbourhood (I'm in Canada) and they carry the Vivier line....and everything is at least $10 more! I was shocked to learn that the Vivier TMR is only $75 at EDS! $15 LESS than if I buy directly from the spa around the corner! AND - at one of the spas downtown - the Dermalogica kits are **$21.00** more than if you buy them at EDS!

EDS is where I get mine from but it's been quite some time since I searched for price comparisons. I now just buy from EDS because I've always had good experiences here and because they are overall cheaper than other places. |
