and what is your opinion about being a veggie.
Good or bad
Where do you take your protein from?
What about your skin if you are a veggie?
I am one, I didn't eat meat for two years now and I am trying to find a balance in my diet.I exercise 5-6 hour a week, I am not fat, but I do think that in my diet something is missing.I do eat ones in a while, fish.
I take pilates class and there is a women who is a veggie also and she brings wonderful cookies, healthy ones,a lot of seeds.
If you know about super foods, please share with us.

I am not a vegetarian, although I eat very little meat.
Why do you think your diet is missing something, what symptoms are you experiencing?
