Anyone have experience with these? I have read on the WEB that they can be harmful (over stretching) but the one article I found through a MEDLINE search suggests stretching induces collegen regrowth. Doctors seem split on this has anyone seen good or bad effects?

I think facial exercises work. I have been using the Face Flex for over a month and can see a difference in my jaw and neck. It might have made my crows feet worse as my cheek bones are more pronounced. Crows feet don't bother me in the least. I do like a firm face. Guess I should start doing some eye exercises (probably never will). I like the face flex as I do it while on the computer or driving. No hassell. |

I took a Facial Magic exercise course and found it to be very beneficial, especially around the jaw line and mouth area. Unfortunately my lazy ways got the better of me and I fell of the wagon I really must get back into it again though......one of these days
