Happy New Year!
As with you all, my skin care practices evolve. There is one thing that I am sure of, when one stops caring for their body (read skin) and mind, the decline begins.
Keep at it, vary your treatments choose to massage, exfoliate, nourish, and practice advanced skin care for the best skin of your life at any age!
The link below is to a new article that I wrote, Chose to Lose, Maintain, or Gain Health = Beauty about keeping ourselves intact as we mature. What have you chosen to give up of yourself? Choose to get it all back. Beauty will follow.

Check out Sanford Bennett's transformation from age 50 to 70. He invented the wrinkle rubout and was referred to as the "man who aged young"
Wishing you a great start to the New Year.
Take good care of yourselves! xo |
