after much research it seems that what I am looking for is a monopolar RF which apparently gets pretty warm so also needs a cooling mechanism as well I found this one on ebay
Professional Monopolar RF Radio Frequency Wrinkle Removal Cooling Therapy for 420 - has anyone tried this machine or have a good recommendation ?

I LOVE my Dot Matrix Fractional RF Thermage RED LED ordered off ebay.com from grabbeauty.com. It was $99 USD. I have been using it for almost two months and the results are amazing. My double chin and jawline look so much better and my facial skin has tightened up. The one I got is 3 mzh and has the red lights which you can adjust.
I cover my thyroid gland with my hand and don't go directly over it, but I find that applying the machine vertically on both sides of my throat has helped to really tighten my neck area.

| There is a certain risk in using radio frequency equipment by oneself. It is suggested that we should go to skin care center. Because the intensity of time used may have an effect on the skin, my friend's face became less fat after using radio frequency equipment, which I think is terrible. |
