Tempted to start a facial exercise program but just say i suddenly couldnt keep it up for whatever reason could this cause the muscles to make the face droop or any other problems?

Just my take, but I think depending on your age, and what you are dealing with then when you stop you don't lose the results, but you do have to keep going with them. For example I started up with them in my 50's and after losing a lot of weight and have done several programs over the last 10 plus years, and mix and match now as to what my face needs. However I go through periods where I can't do any and sometimes its a few weeks and sometimes its months. For example last year when hubby got diagnosed with cancer - we were going through hard times and so they were the last things on my mind. However as soon as things quietened down I added them back in and volia I was back to where I left off.

Same like with your body, you know you do exercises and then stop and don't immediately revert back to your pre-exercise state right away, but unless you keep up you lose out!

I think most of the wrinkles on the face are caused by people's expressions. I believe that a person who talks less will look younger than a person who talks more. Controlling large facial expressions is the best facial exercise.

uh? how do you control facial expression? Doesn't that makes you expressionless and sort of looks like in bad mood?

if i do that, i will probably scare off all my friends and co-workers

Not Wenning, but I think what she means is that she doesn't for example make unnecessary facial expressions like frowning constantly or raising her eyebrows (for example). Its not to say her face is never motionless but she is cautious about when she is making facial expressions. It isn't like botox and never moving your face but being more aware of when you are moving it, and it won't scare anyone off.
