Hi! I've been searching this forum for a while now but I've never come across any particular solution I think would apply to this issue.
My issue is that my lower cheeks are really chubby, kind of around the buccal fat area, which is ironic since I'm told I have a pretty defined jawline. (I'll post a picture when I can but I'll just describe it for now.) It seems like almost all of my facial fat is in my lower cheeks. I have almost no fat where my cheekbones are, and practically no apples.
I'm an 18 year old girl and I've had this issue forever now. I kind of assumed it would improve through puberty or something but barely anything changed within the past 5 years. I'm just about average weight, but I was pretty underweight for the past few years. I was wondering if there was anything I could do to develop apples or help some of the fat go away so it could make my upper cheeks more defined, instead of looking saggy and tired all the time? (Like facial exercises or dietary changes. I don't really want to go under the knife at this age.)
Thanks! |
