Anyone doing Mewing? I have been doing it for a year, but only off and on.. I noticed that it decreases the muscles of the cheeks. The father of mewing said that the most attractive face doesn't have cheeks.. I'm not so sure that is correct, it can make one look older especially if you are mature, as opposed to being a young person because of fat loss which i think.. .we are trying to get back?
I would love to know others opinions. |

I've tried it off and on but never with consistency. I did kinda ruin my face with this one face yoga pose, so now I'm scared to try anything too much. My brother however did it consistently every day for two min a day, and I did notice his jawline sharper. For context, I'm 46 and he's 43. We both have excellent skin elasticity still. My brother only has crows feet, and otherwise his face is perfectly tight and sharp. So it took him 8 months to notice a difference in his jawline of doing two min a day. For me tho, I'm scared to do that. <3 |
