What should I look for in a dermaroller?

I'm looking for a dermaroller for microneedling my nasolabial area (i'm 27 but im seeing fine lines)
Can you give me the characteristics I need to look for in a dermaroller?
A summary of it?
Needles width, what kind of needles, what brand is the best, which one you recommend that won't damage my skin etc. I don't want to buy something that's not correctly manufactured.
