Hey everyone,
I've been pondering the whole "Body Shaper" trend lately and wanted to hear your thoughts. Do these products deliver on their promises? I've seen mixed reviews, and it's hard to separate fact from fiction. Are they just a quick fix or do they contribute to long-term health and fitness goals?
Some swear by them, citing instant results, while others argue they're a temporary solution. I'm skeptical but open to different perspectives. Have any of you tried body shapers? What were your experiences? |

My DIL Had a mommy makeover and had to wear a waist shaper for 8 weeks. It did help her she said and her doc said it retrains the muscles in her abdominal area afterward.
So I think waist trainers can. |
