Hi everyone,
I知 looking for advice on the best ways to tackle cellulite. I致e tried a few topical creams with minimal results and am considering other options. Has anyone here had success with treatments like laser therapy, radiofrequency, or even more natural methods like dry brushing or dietary changes? | I do dry brushing with those big chunky exfoliating things that the Bodyshop sells, along with application of a firming serum sold by Project E Beauty. I like their redlight/cavitation/ultrasonic device, too. Its the regular application that works. I've noticed a marked improvement with just dry brushing daily, 60-100 strokes each butt. |
