I really wanted to like this sunscreen. It doesn't have a white cast to it and it has a good amount of zinc oxide and titanium in it. The problem? The product didn't spread. It ended up piling on top of each other. It looked like my skin was peeling. |

Thanks for the review. I was thinking of getting it. Seems kind of expensive for the small amount you get! |

It's an ok product if you are not putting makeup on, since your makeup will slide. Not causing allergic action to my sensitive skin but a bit thick. |

I think the SPF is too high. It will give burden to our skin. I seldem go out so I never use products with high SPF. |

I recently purchased the Pure Skin Formulations (PSF) SPF50 after another person's review. It is great. I use it every day on dry skin (don't use on damp skin, doesn't spread). Settles in nicely and you don't get that white cast and not too expensive. Maybe if you want a high SPF give PSF a go

Hi Emma-Claire - is it this one?
http://www.essentialdayspa.com/psf-facial-sun-screen-lot-p_7517.htm
I'm a bit confused though - as the text says SPF 30 and the picture says SPF 50.
Is it really SPF 50? How does it smell? And, does it dry matte or with a bit of a shine? TIA! ![Very Happy](images/smiles/biggrin.gif) |

I dont like this sunscreen either.it leaves a film of oil on the face and makes me quite uncomfortable.it may be suitable for the dry skin. |

I didn't like this product as all Clinique products. My skin broke out after use and the product didn't spread on the skin, it kind of balled up on the sking. I will never try anything from Clinique again. |

About the clinique product. I believe it contains Titanium Dioxide. Although a good sunblock, I have heard that it makes quite a few people break out. So if you break out when you use this, it might be the TiDi. |

The SPF40 one is too oily but I keep using the SPF25 one as I prefer physical sunscreen. ![Very Happy](images/smiles/biggrin.gif) |

I think it's not necessary to use high SPF products. The SPF is higher, the product is more oily.Clinique city block SPF25 is more suitable daily use. |

I like the feel of it. But it seem not have the Pa level. Although it is spf40, but I will look black than before when I use it. I have used one Vidi Vici sunblock, it is so good. Does anyone heard of it? |

So-calles oil-free means no animal grease or plant oil added in products, except artificial esters or others.
CLINIQUE's newly releases tri-defence is much better. |

I've used two different moisturizers with it. Actually maybe three because I did try it last year as well. It didn't matter, it still ended up piling together. I think it's just the consistency of the product. There was no white cast, but I am fair to medium skin tone...I'm more on the warm side. |

I am using clinique cityblock SPF40, but i'm ready to give it up!
i have never used a sunblock so oil like this!
besides, the color is so white and it always make my face like wearing a mask!
Comparing SPF40, i prefer to SPF25 much more, this is neither oil, nor white. |
