Heyhey!
I have too many products I stopped using hoping that simplifyed skincare routine would help me combat suddden breakouts/acne.
I would like to try using EB again, but I am not sure if that could help me at all with acne or if it could make it worse....
And how to use it?
For now this is what I do:
am
Origins Cleanser
** just trying ACV **
BP 5% on the spot only
Camellia oil for moisture
SPF 15
pm
Origins Cleanser
BP 5% on the spot only
Camellia oil
I also have Skinceuticals Renev Overnight with AHA/BHA....could this help as a night products with the breakouts?

Hi
Yes EB can initially cause breakouts as it's detoxing the skin, if you stick with it the spots should clear up and then you should start to see great results. |

OOHHH
Yeah I was afraid that was the case...
It seems like most products to clear the skin have to break you out first....that doesnt seem fair.
Shoudlnt they treat the skin without causing more damage....?

My secret is using GSE (grapefruit seed extract) from nutribiotic, they have it in health-food stores, on pimples...the bottle lasts forever and has so many other uses too |

Yes, I think it's possible that you might get a breakout with the Essential Balm. I don't think I did though - I love that stuff....
To answer your other question, I think the Skinceuticals Renev Overnight with AHA/BHA sounds like something that would help with breakouts. |

I have some of this GSE that I bought to use as an addition to my homemade products to prevent bacterial growth or whatever it is supposed to do. I will have to try it on pimples; what else do you use it for?
