I'm the Queen of the Acne Regime
Right NOW (which is to say it was different a month ago and will probably be different in a month) this is it:
A.M.
Cleanse with Cetaphil for Oily Skin
Best Bath Store's Pore Refining Toner
Juice Beauty Green Apple Moisturizer SPF 15
Bare Minerals
P.M.
Oil Cleansing Method if I have time -or-
Best Bath Store Acne Bar
BBS Toner
Murad Exfoliating Acne Treatment Gel
Bath & Body Works Calming Face Cream -or-
Jurlique Herbal Recovery Gel
I give my face a break every couple of days from the Murad Gel. On those days I use Benzoyl Peroxide to spot treat. Also twice a week I use Ice Elements 2-Minute Miracle Exfoliating Gel, once a week Juice Beauty Green Apple Peel, and once a week Best Bath Store's Pore Refining Mask with Dead Sea Salt. I also use Burt's Bees Repair Serum in my T-zone occasionally and around my eyes. I know the idea of using oils to treat acne seems very, very strange but it is the BEST thing I ever did for my skin.
Good luck and PM me if you have any questions...I've tried EVERYTHING. |

No matter how tired I am at night, I definitely take all my make-up off.
Daily routine consists of -
morning -
cleaning my face
apply decleor's (refrigerated) toning water (on damp cotton wad)
apply decleor's eye-cream, oil & moisturiser
massage my face when I apply the oil
evening/night-
take off my make-up with decleor's cleansing milk
apply decleor's (refrigerated) toning water (on damp cotton wad)
apply decleor's night balm
weekly - I exfoliate my face atleast once a week, then apply a face mask. Mid-week, I try to apply a face mask. Once a week, at night, I apply decleor's vitaroma mask(moisturing) and sleep.
From time to time, I apply Decleor's prolagene gel on whichever area I think needs a bit of a boost.
In the summer, I used to apply a natural mask (home-made) of natural set yoghurt and mashed banana. That's very good for scars. Though in the winters, I have not had the energy to do so. Also, since I have been on Decleor for over a year, I feel happy with my skincare. |

Mine is simple. I don't currently have breakouts and haven't for a while.
My initial problems (in no particular order) were:
- Large Pores
- Acne
- Pigmentation from acne
- Oily skin
AM:
- Cleanse (Dermalogica Special Cleansing Gel)
- Spot treat with Clindoxyl (Rx medication containing benzoyl peroxide and clindamycin)
I haven't used Clindoxyl is a long time but it is great for ones that you know are on their way.
PM:
- Cleanse (Same as above)
- Apply Retin A Micro 0.04% all over my face
A few times a week I use an exfoliating product. PTR's Botanical Buffing Beads for example.
I've been on R.A.M for 12 weeks and aside from the initial few weeks it has been great. |

I use Dr. Hauschka's Cleansing Cream and rotate between 3 second cleansers Jurlique foaming face wash, Ice elements radience face wash, or B. Kamins acne wash (which has become a new favorite I started using because I got a sample).
In the day I put the Decleor Ylang Ylang and Ice elements serum or Vivier C serum then a sunscreen.
At night I use the Dr. H. then a foaming face wash then follow up with one of the Decleor balms except in areas where I've broken out which I use the B. Kamins acne gel BP 5% (isn't as drying as other products I've used). |
