| Just trying to find out if the SPL by Hairfree works OK. They only charge $99 a treatment for a brazillian with the 6th treatment free. Good value for $500 if it works. |

I've been going to them for ages - getting the Brazilian and underarms done. It is a very good place, although most are franchises so the quality might vary from place to place as it would depend on the operator.
In terms of results, I am happy with mine but please do not expect your treatment to be over in 6 sessions. I am way past that (8, 9 maybe 10 - have lost track). While the results after the 6th session were very good (and pretty much all that was needed for underarms) there was still a bit of hair and when you get to that stage you don't want to leave it at that, you want to be completely hair-free. | Thanks Mabsy. Yes I did have a suspicion that it may take a few more treatments, but the price is definately reasonable, so a few more is OK. |

Mabsy are you sure there has been a definate reduction in hairs or are what you seeing at the moment are those hairs that are in growing phases and the reduction you see at the moment in places are possibly hairs that are not in growing phase at the moment?. Some hairs can be in growing phase even after 9 months for example.
In your case I hope the treatment is indeed working - just with laser treatments i have a hard time trusting them.
Please do check with them how many treatment do you need more. I mean you dont just want to keep going back to them and each time them saying or you thinking maybe by one more treatment il be hair free and keep going thinking this each time. |
