Ok-
SO i'm working tremendously hard on my thesis (as you can tell) and I just wanted to share my favorite site with you all incase you don't know of it already. Laughing
It is a coupon website calledwww.reesycakes.com
Have you guys heard about it? I guess this one girl keeps tabs on all the coupon codes for all these clothing websites and I love it. The great thing about it is that I've been spending my days and nights in the lab...yet I can still shop. Also, many of the coupon codes work on sale items too (I got an Earnest Sewn denim skirt that was $160 for $60 dollars).
Just had to share this with you guys. I love shopping and saving money!!! *yay*

Thanks for that website misskoslow! I love getting things at great deals which is why I'm on fatwallet.com alot. That website is more for electronics but once in a while a coupon will pop up for shoes or apparel. I also like dailycandy.com, a website for things happening around town, sample sales.

OooOo fatwallet!! I'm going to have to check that one out! Yeah, Reesycakes is great because you would have never known about all those sites otherwise. I've found some really great things (for example goclothing.com...you can use their 30% coupon code on already 1/2 marked down sale items...there's a dress i'm eyeing so don't you go get it Very Happy )

Now, if we are talking about the BEST, MOST ENTERTAINING websites out there I have to recommend two:
1. www.gofugyourself.com : these two girls put a celebrity/wannabecelebrity photo up a day and write commentary about their outfits. The one's on Britney are just too much.

2.www.pagesixsixsix.com : My absolute fav. It's this writer in new york who claims to be "Perez Hilton: The cuban gay cousin of Paris." His tagline is something along the lines of "I am a whore but not as big a whore as paris." Well, he's just "wrong" at times, but the great thing is is that he writes insider commentary on everything (and with a writing style that would never make the papers!)

Have any of you guys been to either? They're my favs. What are yours?

ps: key in reesycakes.com into a new browser. It works...I promise Smile

Yes, reesycake is great. Misskoslow, your link in the 1st post contains a period at the end. If you edit that out, it should work.

I also use http://www.ebates.com a lot to get some $$ back.

I lovewww.snopes.com

It gives you the real deal on urban legends or those email fwds we always get. It's amazing how rumors get started and all these theories spread. If you've heard something that "happened" and want to know if it's for real, just click on the site and put the word in search to find out. It has eased my mind on so many things.

I even drove some of my friends crazy who would send me these fwds, I would email them back with the reference from snopes - saying the fwd is FALSE. Hmmm come to think of it, maybe that's why I'm not getting so many FWD's anymore Laughing

I love this site too!! and I did the same thing. I sent them all links to the site and stopped sending so many forwards...I am happy about that though. I really dislike forwards Mad

That fugly site is hilarious. It's amazing how some of these celebrities can have soooo much money, yet soooo little taste. I guess the shock factor has more value.
