My boyfriend uses a pure collagen gel on his face everyday for acne scars, I tried it a couple of times and I really liked what it did for my skin. I have exczema all around my eyes and I was wondering if it's safe to put collagen on to it. Does anyone know? |

Okay, I'm not entirely sure if it's pure or what. It's a clear gel in a container with the brand name "Jovan" on it. He gets from a skin specialist (not a derm, a natural healer) in Vancover, however, I've done a search for it on line and I can't find it. He's only ever gotten it from the healer. I was thinking of getting something from Dr. Renaud. |

Hi Tubtim
So, I have eczema too, I've had it all my life and my back is pretty scared as well as my legs. What did the pure collegen gel do for you? Did it reduce the scars or make them fade? I'm curious! My sister's boyfriend had cancer and he got some pretty thick scars from where he had surgery. The doctor's gave him a silicone gel and silicone patches to wear over the scars and they've been reducing the thickness for a while. I'm thinking of trying it on my scars... |
