The ones you got will be fine. You might want to start slowly, one pill a day, and increase your dosage accordingly. I experienced some headaches, but they went away after few days. |

Hey D - MSM is supposed to help clear up acne and just generally give you clear skin....it's also supposed to be good for your hair and nails to promote growth. |

Yes, MSM is basically Sulphur...the same substance that is found in many healing springs! I was just in Bimini and swam in the "healing hole" there, and it smells just like pure sulphur (MSM) which is said to be the "fountain of youth". There are rumors of people being healed from all kinds of pains and diseases while bathing in this healing spring...so I add it to my baths and put alittle as a mask on my face (it feels good and my skin looks great afterwards), and sometimes I make a mist-bottle of my own toner and add MSM to it. Kind of gives an anti-wrinkle anti-pimple effect. ![Very Happy](images/smiles/biggrin.gif) |

I also read about the benefits of MSM on this forum but i got inspired mainly from hearing that it may help to reduce dark circles (even PTR Power K didnt work for me ). I've been on the capsules almost 2 weeks now...but sadly, seeing no effects yet. Happyhippie - how do u use it as a mask? |

mojocat, it took a while for MSM supplements to combat my hyperpigmentation problems (i.e., few months).
As for how to apply MSM on the face, there are some products that they sell, which contain MSM for the face. I don't know effective they are.
On msm-msm.com, they sell some creams that have MSM, but they emphasize that MSM supplements are the key, and not the cream. |

Perform a search on "Evening Primrose Oil" or "EPO" and you should get a lot of results -- there was even some discussion a while back on whether or not it'll help you grow boobs!! |
