It is never too soon to start to use eye cream. It is up to your own preference and depends on the goals that you want to achieve.
There are eye gels and eye creams. Usually people with oily skin would use the gel and creams are often preffered by clients with dry skin. If you have normal skin I would recommend to try Sothys Active-Contour Age-Defying Cream (excellent for puffiness and dark circles)and if you have oily skin and you preffer gel, try Sothys Tensor Gel.
