I know Propylene Glycol is a petroleum derivative and is despised by many on EDS, but what about Butylene Glycol?
How is it derived? ewg.org rates it as 0.1 which basically means low concern with the ingredient.
I know it is not considered "natural" and has both solvent and humectant abilities, but is there anything bad or evil about it that I am missing? |

Butylene glycol is also petroleum derived. I myself avoid it. |
