Hi, Has anyone tried Susan Lucci's Youthful Essence product line? My sister-in-law swears it's the best. I have to admit she does look a few years younger that her age. Pat |

my sister also uses this product as she uses Everything she sees on infomercials
She says its soft but her face turns bright red after using, hence im staying away from it. But her skin is nicely exfoliated so i guess its better than wasting money on microdermobrasion! |

It's okay, just a good exfoliant. Have to remember that Susan Lucci has had "work" done. |

One of the ladies at work, in early forties, has been using it religiously for two years. She does look to have very nice and plump skin, but the skin around her eyes look very sunken and thin.. even though she says she loves the eye cream.
They are a bit pricey, and inconvenient to order here, with the veyr bad customer service at Guthy renker. |

Omigosh, the absolute worst customer service. When I received the box, the moisturizer wasn't included. I called and let them know, they said they would send it out to me. Never received it. Wasn't thrilled with the product and when I wanted to return it within the 60 days, they said I couldn't because I didn't have the moisturizer! |

Their guys pick up the phone so fast when you want to BUY something.
But did they think to even employ a few extra people for their returns and customer services lines?
I had to wait almost 20 mins for an offshore rep to answer my call about obtaining a return authorisation.
Once they even just said "leave a name and number we'll get back to you". Hah, it's been a year. |

I've not dealt with YE but have dealt with one of Gunthy's other products, Proactiv in Canada, the customer service is absolutely the worst I've encountered. I wanted to change my automatic shipment and emailed to do so, can't remember exactly what was said but I do remember how rude the response was. I bought all my Proactiv on eBay after that. It was a couple months later when I gave the stuff up all together.
I think there are better companies to deal with, to say the least. |
