After making a post regarding natural skincare for acne prone skin, I'm looking into trying the Organic Pharmacy range, combined with Dr.H cleansing cream. This has got me thinking that I could do with an overall health kick. Nothing too exciting, just increasing my exercise levels and improving my diet. I'm going travelling for 3 months in December and would like to loose a bit of weight and (hopefully) reduce my cellulite prioir to getting my bikini on! I'm considering a detox. Does anyone have any advice on programmes or supplements that may be useful? Or anti cellulite products? Does a few days of eating fruit and drinking water count as a detox? Or should I be doing a more structured programme? Help!! |

I did a vege/fruit diet detox for a few weeks and lost a lot of weight around my waist and legs.
I drank either 2 glasses of lukewarm water, or 2 glasses of fresh squeezed lemon, or carrot/celery juice. Then wait 20 mins before eating breakfast.
I cut out red/pink meats, like beef, pork. Ate a lot of greens for dinner.
I doubled the time I did pilates, 30 min in morning and also did 15-30 min at night. It's good to do target stretches and exercises around thighs/waist to see results. |
