150 bottles thus far are taken from the free offer. I need 50 more people to respond and we will ship. The way it is going I think the free product is going to ship Friday. We are shipping the entire free offer at the same time. So everyone so far who has either e-mailed or called has got a free bottle. Everyone so far on the day spa has already had theirs put aside ready to be shipped. The labels and box that we are currently running are very time consuming to make as they are raised foil silver and dark blue. The FREE samples will come in the correct package, but the labels are digital labels and no boxes as the box manufacturer is now telling me three more weeks for the run which takes a long time as it is teadious and a huge amount of boxes. What the free offer item is going to come with is our new flyer or brochure with all the info and ingredients and directions. Remember this is very concentrated so a little goes a long way and it is only meant to be used on those stubborn wrinkles such as those above the lip or any wrinkles that no matter what you use just don't go away. Please also remember that the AlphaDerma sets up the skin to get better results from the Derma Excel7. For optimum benefits the two are reccommended 1 before the other. For the best possible results you would use the cleanser, skin prep, C-serum, AlphaDerma then Derma Excel7. If you only use a couple then the best results would come from using the skin prep with its trace mineral enriched formula then the AlphaDerma then the Derma Excel 7. This new peptide is called a hepta peptide as it has 7 amino acids derived from it. The studies shown using this ingredient works best with 10% Ah3 then 10% Hepta Peptide and 5% Leuphasyl. All these ingredients are in this item and let me tell you the feeling of instant firming and visible results are astounding. This by far is the most ambishous effort I have ever taken to come up with two items that will work in perfect synergy together and give incredible results right in front of your eyes as you are applying. Ian, You posted this at 1AM Wednesday morning, however, my daughter called on Monday at 4PM and was told that all of the free samples had already been awarded.
I called myself on Sept.8th at 3AM and the gentleman I spoke to took my e-mail address but nothing else.
Two questions...Are you hand selecting who you send this free product to? Should the person I spoke to last week have taken my name and address?

OK, Had my daughter call again just a bit ago and the man she spoke to took her address and e-mail and told her he had no idea why she was told a few days ago that it was too late to get on the list to receive this very generous offer.
Now I have to wonder if I'm on the list since my address wasn't taken over the phone...only my e-mail address. |

Thank you Ian for the update! I look forward to trying the new product, no complaints with the JB products before.
VEEnVEGAS - Dunno can't help ya, I fired off an email to them so hopefully I'm on the list. In the past that's what I did and received my free stuff regardless of any confirmation, saying that since the new spam filter seems to throw out anything other than real spam who knows! 
I imagine since they've taken your details twice you should be on the list. |

I am thinking that if they did NOT take your name and address, that they won't be able to ship it to you...maybe call again. |

Yeah, I'm kind of thinking the same thing. The first time I called they just took my e-mail address,the 2nd time they acted lke they had no idea what I was talking about, and called just now and was told to call back later. Starting to think I just wasn't meant to have this.  |

We have reached our 200 mark so no more product will be available until it goes on sale sometime in the next couple of weeks. Thanks again Ian

Oh darn, Ian. I just called a minute before you posted this. I'm very disappointed, the salesguy on the other line said that you just ran out of the free offer.  ( I also called before and said I was late to get on the list) I hope there's going to be a second chance. 
P.S. I thought one MUST call to get the freebie, not email. And from the looks of it, some sent an email which you still accepted. |

Thank you very much Ian for giving some of the EDS members the opportunity to try this product for free. I am sure that all people on the list are really looking forward to getting a bottle of this. I am looking forward to seeing what results my mum will get and if she likes it as much as the ADCE.
