I recently read in an magazine article that if you use glycolic acid products, you should abstain from using them every fourth week or so, to prevent irritation and/or sensitization.
I guess I can see the logic in that, but does anyone know if it's actually true? |

i dunno if it's true either, but it makes sense not to use them too much. In the past before i knew better i used so much AHAs and glycolics with the hope of clearing up my acne that my skin got stressed out and irritated, and then more broken out. |
