I use it twice a day, after first removing makeup. It definitely doesn't dry your skin! No need to put on a mask afterwards, although I do moisturize after I use it in the morning. |

I've got a sample which i just started using as well. I try to use it more as a scrub hence 2 days a week but both morn n evening. Im not sure if I'm negating the potential effects of it by using it less than everyday. For those who use it everyday, i guess this is your cleanser? I dont really fancy that film it leaves, makes me feel i didnt cleanse properly Also hv problems achieving the knead/roll/pluck motion. seems ok on the cheek area but wat the forehead and nose/nose bridge area? How does everyone else do it? I tried locating the video that was once posted here but think its been removed fm the Dr H's website |

O, yes!! I called my friend, she told me how to use it actually~
She said squeeze it out on palm to add some water and press it on cheeks, nose, forehead. Rinse with water, that's it!~
Hope it can help me remove the blackhead on my face!! >: 1 |

I've just bought a sample of the Dr H cleanser. Can it just be used as an everyday cleanser to remove make up etc?
I'm currently using Cetaphil on the advice of a Dr at a skin clinic. I've been using it for nearly a year (with Eryacne and Differen ointments) and I'm finding I'm greasy with my make up on yet dry in areas so its time for a change I think. |

I love this product I use it after cleansing coz I don't think its meant to remove make-up. The name is a bit misleading - its more of an exfoliator really. HTH |

Dr. Hauschka literature recommends that you remove makeup with a separate cleanser first (such as their cleansing milk). I usually don't wear makeup, so I use just the cleansing cream as my everyday cleanser and it works fine. |

That sounds like one step too many. I wouldn't think that you'd need both the cleansing oil and the cleansing milk.... |

O, really? but do you think it's quite greasy after used cleaning oil? I don't know it caused by the brand which I'm using (Kose)~
which brand you using? |

In the evenings, I use either the Decleor or DHC Cleansing Oil (or sometimes just plain castor or jojoba oil) to remove my makeup, then the DHCC to “deep clean” my pores, then I apply my trusty homemade ACV Super Toner. I have *extremely* oily skin so believe me, I’d really notice if my skin felt greasier than usual!
I’m concerned that if you use a cleansing oil, then cleansing milk and then DHCC on top of it, that you could actually be stripping your skin of too much of it’s natural oil/s. When that happens, your skin responds by kicking your sebum/oil glands into over-drive to produce even more oil and then it becomes a vicious cycle.
Try using either the cleansing oil OR the cleansing milk (not both!), then follow with the DHCC for a few days and see what happens. Also, if you’ll send me a private message (PM) with your full name and mailing address, I’ll be happy to send you a bottle of the aforementioned ACV toner to try out. |
