what is an aspirin mask? i keep seeing people talk about them, but i have no idea what they're used for or where to get them. |

I love this mask Its one of the many fab solutions I found in this forum, thanks to the encouragement of Carekate and Faith in particular. If congestion is an issue for you and if you are not allergic to aspirin, I highly recommend that you try it. HTH |

it's similar to salicylic acid, helps clogged pores, redness, blackheads and blemishes. Crush up 5 to 6 aspirins and dissolve in some water to make a paste, leave it on your face for 15 to 20 minutes. |

The recipe is very flexible and you can tweak it to suit your needs. I think most people here use yogurt as a base for the lactic acid boost. I use just aloe vera gel myself coz I don't do well with AHAs. It is also perfectly fine to use only water. |
