I have just ordered some Renova to help with my wrinkles but was going to order some pumpkin peel. Is it ok to use a peel as well as Renova? I've never used Renova before and dont want to further damage my skin. I will also be looking for a good sunblock, a bit late for someone like me who went to tanning salons for years but I think its finally hit home now I can see the damage it has done to my skin.. Any sunblock recommendations also appreciated. |

I would not use them at the same time...at least not at first. Once yous skin has adjusted to the Renova, you could add the Pumpkin Peel, but maybe not for 5 minutes at first. As for sunscreen, I would recommend La Roche Posay FE 60, or the Avene Spray 50+ (oragne bottle). |

Well, I use 60 all year around, and can't really ever see myself with out at least 30...or 40. I would recommend as high as you can. |

When using Renova should I still put Vit C serum on at night as well? before, after or only in the morning? and what about Alpha Derma CE should I still put that on and when? questions questions but I want to get it all right in my head before I start using the Renova... |
