I tried this just recently after finding two rogue samples of it in my bathroom and already missing the Valmont serum that I was using before. I think I like this better than the Bio-Cellular High-Performance Serum that I used previously, although I think the results are very close. The Bio-Cellular Bio-Concentrate Serum also made my skin feel super soft and in general more glowy and healthy, *but* with this one I think the improved glowy-ness (is that a word?) was faster. I was only using this at night and I woke up with healthy looking skin even after little sleep - none of the dull scary looking skin that I sometimes wake up with if I don't have much sleep and just use moisturiser at night.
I'm actually planning an EDS order and was contemplating buying a full size of this but I can't seem to find it - I think it might have actually been discontinued. I still see a few sites offering this for sale but I'm worried about the freshness of it if it has been discontinued, and I want to order from EDS anyway.
ps. Texture wise, this is a clear serum (a little goes a long away), not sticky, with a faint typical-Valmont fragrance. It would probably be enough as a moisturiser for someone with combo or oily skin. I think normal skinned people could even get away with using only this, but I was using a light moisturiser (Orlane Extrait Vital emulsion) over this at night. |
