I think I like this!
This concentrate is ment to be used under ordinary moisturiser to add extra moisture to skin.It has a sort of runny gel-texture which goes on the skin easily. It needs a few min. to sink into the skin properly, then add moisturiser on top. The concentrate is actually oil-based, but doesn't feel greasy at all.
I have dehydrated combo skin and this concentrate works very well for me. Dry skin products are normally too rich for my skin, while combo skin products don't offer enough
