A gritty scrub which would best suit those with normal or non-sensitive skin.

The 'scrub' is corn-cob meal, you won't want to rub it too hard. Definitely a weekly scrub for me as I worry that it may be too abrasive for bi-weekly (or more frequent) use.

Leaves skin feeling clean, and a nice glow. Make sure to follow with a moisturiser
