   Usage

Birch leaf extract invigorates the body, whilst Arnica helps to reduce aches and pains, soothing tired, sore muscles. The plant extracts encourage the body to eliminate waste and activate the muscles.
Hints and Tips
Apply to wet skin after showering to allow the oil to penetrate more easily and deeply for greater effect and silky smoothness.
Use Birch Arnica Oil BEFORE exercise as well as after as this will assist greatly with the healing, warming properties of this oil.
