OK...I am obsessed with anything lip..lip plumpers, lip treatments, lipsticks..I have very full lips, even teased about it as a kid(ha ha who's laughing now)).However, they are textured and my lower lip is bigger than my top. My goal is to smooth the lip and plump the top so I don't look like I'm pouting...I really like pevonia so I bought the duo....the serum goes on first and it does have retinol in it. The lip cream goes over that. I've been using this for 2 weeks and my upper lip contour has puffed up and my lips look really smooth and just better. What I really love about this is the lip cream....It is thick, creamy and matte, in fact, I've even patted it on top of lipstick and gloss to tone down shine. You can use this in conjunction with other treatments, I put gatineau over the top before I go to bed. When you put this cream on(patting generously) your lips instantly look better. I'll continue to use this but really like it so far. Pair this up with the HA capsules and your lips should be looking good..........by the way this month's JANE mag. mentions taking HA supplements for skin plumping effects. Little do they know we have a whole board full of people doing this! This cream is lush and doesn't leave you looking like you just ate some fried chicken! |

Hey catski...my internet's down so I'm at my parents house using their computer AND ITS DIALUP.....so slow
Anyway,a rec. for this is a tough call. I still like it but it's expensive and I'm using it in conjunction with other products.
The pros: the lip serum with retinol will last at least a year. It takes very little to spread over lips.
the lip cream is unique, it goes over the serum and seems to sink in..
my lips look pretty good but it could be a combo. of things including supplements
the cons: it's fairly expensive and I can't put my finger on what it does do
the cream feels good going on but if lips are dry one might have to put something over it for more moisture
in conclusion, I'm in the middle and need longer use. I know that may not be very helpful but the jury is still out.... |

Can someone post the ingredients for both the serum and the cream? Maybe I can come up with a DIY version (or something close to it).... |

I've been using the Pevonia Lip Serum and Cream for a while now.
I have to say that this is the most intensive lip treatment that I've tried (so far! ). The texture of the lip cream is fantastic! It slips on easily, soaks in quickly and leaves my lips matte, not slippery. It's an expensive duo, but well worth the investment. |

Has anyone seen any change in lines around the lips? Specifically, the top lip area? I'm looking for something that will help in that department, and I'm curious if anyone here had the problem before trying the product? Thanks!! |

I love Pevonia products for the smell and the feel on the skin. However, I don't find long lasting results from this brand.
Thanks, Tam. Your comment might be enough to make me change my mind about Pevonia. I will give this a go.
