Hi Alex04 and welcome.
I am 59 and using the AlphaDerma line. Personally, I think it depends on your age. If you are fairly young a good skincare routine will greatly help you. You need first tell some very informed people on this forum your skin type, perhaps age and they can help you more.
You say fine lines: Sounds like a good vit. C product and moisturizer might be your best bet. There are a lot of good post on this forum re: Relaxaline. If you have been neglecting you skin you most likely will find a dramatic difference once you start a routine.
Also remember that the way we look on the outside has a lot to do with what we are feeding our insides. So even more important then product is a good diet and lots of water. Exercise too. I think then you will find the skincare line you choice will reap its full benefits. MUST REMEMBER TO PRACTICE WHAT I PREACH>HAVE NOT BEEN TOO GOOD THIS WEEK>
Just wanted to say hi....I am sure you will get many good suggestions. I certainly did. |

Now some details about my skin type...I'm fairly young - 30 though I look younger and feel younger as well and I have normal skin type ( T - zone)
Some fine lines around my eyes are begging to show and I've noticed that my skin lost beautiful glow and doesn't feel that soft anymore.
So what exactlly do I need? Let me put it this way... I need something that will improve my skin in every way so I can go outside without my foundation sometime and still feel great!
Just to add I used vit C product before and my skin was irritated so I noticed that vit E works better for my skin.
Any suggestions???
P.S. Thanks Winnie |

alex04,
Do you have a regular exfoliation routine in your skincare regime? Also, what vit C products have you tried in the past? SkinCeuticals has a C+E formulation that might be worth trying, but that depends on what concentration has irritated your skin in the past.
Also, I would say that sunblock is VERY important as well.
