Yes, the BE is water-like, but it's slightly oily. Not as bad as some of the products I've used, but it's still there.
If you want an eye makeup remover that is truly water-like with absolutely NO oil you should really give the Ultima II Eye Makeup Remover a whirl -- that stuff looks and feels like water, but it dissolves the eye makeup like magic (I wish I knew what the magic ingredient was!). I'm not sure if they have an ULTA boutique in Burnet, but there's one in Anderson Mill (across from Lakeline Mall) and they carry the Ultima II products, or you should be able to order it from the Ulta website, iffen you want to give it a go....

 Em, where do you usually buy the Simple one in Australia? I have only had a look in a few chemists and supermarkets so far and I can find OTHER products by Simple but not the eye makeup remover... Any hints on where to get this? TIA  |

does the BE one leave much oily residue?
ones that i have tried before that are the same idea (2 solutions mixed) are usually oil, i assume thats how the 2 solutions are separated.
if not i may just have to get it.. |
