~being 16, i naturaly have problem skin. And because of my mother I had always been using Clinique which has kept it reasonable. But, for my birthday this year i recieved and gift voucher for a spa near where i live. So i decided to have a facial. Ever since then i have been absolutly in love with the Dermalogica products that they used on me (especially their special cleansing gel!) my skin is now totally healed up and I would recomend this line of products to anyone. |

the dermalogica line is great, i am a devoted user. but i agree with nickieygirl, although i don't feel drier, it just doesn't seem to make too much of a difference for me. |

I like the Microfoliant and use it every few days to brighten up. |

I liked Daily Microfoliant when my skin was combination. Now that my skin is so dry, I don't use it anymore and I find it too drying. A good product though otherwise. |

Only used its Daily Micro Exfoliate.
Although it suggests daily, it's not good for my skin to use it so frequently. I use it twice every week. The skin is refreshing after that. I like it. |

simply love derma products!!
i have relatively sensitive skin. prone to redness and dryness.
derma have a great range of pdts for sensitive skin.
currently using their ultra calming cleanser, skin smoothing cream, ultra calming toner, eye cream spf15, hydrating mask and tinted sun block.
have tried their barrier repair too...
all these are fantastic...
they dont cause outbreaks and feel great on skin as they absorb quickly into ur skin without a trace!
their hydrating mask is marvellous!
i have dry and sensitive skin... whenever i see that my skin is "drying" up, i will just apply the mask and instantly u will FEEL the difference.. and the next morning u will SEE the difference.
hee hee hee...
i love their facials too... esp the oat mask which is one of the mask they used when u go for their utlra sensitive facial.

Hi nickieygirl,
When i bought the mask, the consultant advised that the mask cant be left on the face for too long, 10mins at most. And it must be washed off immediately if u find that it is dryinng up and ur skin is feeling tight.
As if left on for too long or when it dried up, it will draw moisture fm ur face instead of providing moisture.
Hence, for me... i will leave on for 5-8mins at most. And as i always apply it during shower, therefore i will constantly sprinkle water on my face keeping the mask wet (not too much water if not the mask will be washed off).
U might wanna give it another chance... |

i tried the active moist cream before.
It says that it's for excessive oil problem.
as i am combination~oily skin.
but i think it's too greasy..
like after i applied it on my face, i don't feel good.
i felt sticky =-='
but i want to try the oil control lotion thou |

hi, i recently had a facial at a spa and they double cleansed my skin with special cleasing gel. And my skin felt tight and very dry.
I have dry skin anyway but with all the different skin care ranges from decleor to thalgo, that has never happened before. So i wasnt sure if i should buy their products. I dont want to make my skin drier.
Also i brought the total eye care and i eyes went all dry and flaked. Any ideas why that happened?
Not sure on the skin care range. maybe your reviews may help me decide... |

I haven't tried many products from dermalogica. But I like their gel hydration mask in summer very much. |

The hydrating mask might be good for the young skin, while I like the multi-vitamin mask better. |

I tried a sample of Dermalogica Skin Refining Masque tonight and it is really nice! It's a clay like texture and slightly tingles on the skin. I'm putting this one on my next order! |

My sister swears by Dermalogica Microfolient. It works enzymatically so you don't need to manually rub the skin at all. |

Tried their moisturizers, cleansers, shampos, and masks. They are just ok, nothing bad nothing particularly great either. |

I recently tried a sample of their Ultra Calming Cleanser and although it reminded me so much of Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser in terms of color and texture, it didn't irritate my skin like Cetaphil did at all. I only used it in the morning as I didn't trust it would remove my sunscreen and makeup. I am considering purchasing a full size for only morning use and I find it gentle enough on my skin. My bf has been using the Dermal Clay Cleanser and loves it. |
